Our basic salad mix is made up of broccoli, red kale, arugula, purple vienna kohlrabi, and red acre cabbage! They make a crisp and delicious topping for any seafood, meat, or poultry dish! My fave is to put it on a sandwich instead of lettuce.

This mix is very similar to our basic salad mix, it includes the five brassicas with the addition of mustard greens and radish greens that add a nice kick!

Red Tatsoi makes a lovely microgreen as well as a terrific full size cool season asian green. As a microgreen the cotyledons open green and change to a reddish purple. With a nice spicy kick, these are great to add a little flavor.
